We hereby make offer to purchase used rails under specifications to be confirmed by SGS inspectors as follows:

Used Rail 30,000 – 90,000 MT per month x 12
Price per MT: USD 245.00 per MT CIF Hamburg, Germany –30,000MT x 12.
USD 245.00 per MT CIF Izmir, Turkey - 30,000MT x 12.
USD 245.00 per MT CIF Shanghai, China 30,000MT x 12.
(all rail to be cut to lengths of 1.5 metres or less.)
What quantity you have available at the moment? Can seller provide bank to bank POP? If so what will seller provide to prove 100% POP? Does seller use a top 50 Bank?
Can we organise an SGS yard visit at our expenses to view some of the stock? This has to be done after signing a draft contract. We will not offer any non operative payment instrument etc until we have physical proof of stock, ownership and legal right to sell etc.
Where is the Used Rail or HMS located? Excat location. What quantities can be inspected now? Any SGS report available now?
Can we make an approach on an FOB basis? IF so what would the price be?
Can we go straight to a TTM once POP v POF has been confirmed bank to bank? We will not provide POF until we have POP bank to bank. We can then sign a final contract face to face with the Seller.
Our payment term: : By irrevocable, monthly, revolving, non transferable, Documentary Letter of Credit, 100% payable at sight, at port of loading, subject to receipt of contractually agreed shipping, export and SGS documentation.
No advance payment of any kind, legalisation fee, deposit payment, in escrow payment, admin fee, or non operative payment instrument will be offered by the Buyer to the Seller, until such time as POP has been fully confirmed by way of a) an SGS yard visit and b) Bank to Bank POP
