Y-axis front/back cap., 100 mm min., right & left horizontal boring unit with (2) 20- spindle chucks, each chuck powered by 1.8 HP motor, (right horizontal unit motorized). ~~ (4) Double overturning top-clamp holddown cylinders.(4) 96 mm wide bottom vertical supports, each can be equipped with (2) boring blocks (swivel 0 - 90 deg.), each boring block driven by 1.8 HP motor. ~~ All vertical supports equipped with: Quick Change Chuck Device, pneumatic locking, individual adjustment for boring block distance, LCD digital readouts on all heads & boring blocks, boring depth controlled by a programmable Z-axis Servo drive. ~~ NC 400 PLC Controller with a hand held pendant for remote machine control, (2) 5-spindle standard chucks, (2) 5-spindle special chucks,(2) 9-spindle standard chucks, (2) 9-spindle special chucks, (2) 11-spindle standard chucks, (2) 12-spindle special chucks, (2) 13-spindle special chucks, (2) 14-spindle special chucks, (2) 15-spindle special chucks; all standard spindles are at 32 mm centers.
