The property is a Hitachi “Sceptre” mobile dedicated Positron Emission Tomography (PET) scanner, S# SC007. The scanner is a “selfpropelled” unit contained in a Kingsley Coach lead-lined coach body with dual slide-outs. The Hitachi Sceptre is a whole body dedicated PET system consisting of the scanner, the patient handling system and operators console. The system incorporates an LSO detector in a whole body ring detector gantry with laser line positioning and dual operator controls. 350# maximum patient weight pallet, Ultrasparc dual 450 Mhz CPU workstation operators console, display console, printer and related hardware. The system includes Unix-based operating and networking system software with the standard imaging software suite including AVIA 7.2, and other display and utilities software. Options include DICOM and an additional Image Fusion workstation. The chassis and cab for the unit is a 2001 Freightliner FL70 semi-tractor with a day cab, VIN# 1FVABUBS11HH56435, Cummins diesel-powered, tandem axles with an additional tag axle. The truck chassis show approximately 76,000 miles and is in fair to good condition. The unit is air-conditioned and has rear view video and a GPS navigation system.
