Good Afternoon, We are currently looking to sell our APS One Automated Petri dish filler, due to our recent sample decrease. The machine is in excellent working condition and has multiple features for plating various media. Along with the machine itself, we have three autoclaveable hoses that work with this machine, a spare shuttle, UV Light Bulb, and original manuals. The APS One uses a large carousel to store both filled and empty plates. When in use, it rotates to a set point, drops the lower plate into the shuttle, moves the plate into a UV light, where it is then filled to the user specified volume and then shot up. The machine then repeats this process until it has fulfilled it's program. The main screen has a nice layout, making it easy to create and run programs. Analysts can set a desired volume for each plate, as well as see how much media is remaining in the flask itself. It also provides analysts with an estimated finish time. The top carousel is easily removed for cleaning and maintenance. Overall, the machine is very easy to use and can save a lot of time an effort, enabling analysts to be able to work on other tasks.
