Agilent G1321A FLD Detector Description:The Agilent 1100 Series G1321A FLD Fluorescence Detector brings high-sensitivity fluorescence detection to your lab. Below is a description of our refurbishing process by our Agilent certified Technician: HPLC/FPLC Refurbishing Process Main frame: • All circuit boards, motors, and power supply are cleaned and inspected for proper operation, replaced as needed. • Tubing is inspected and replaced as needed. • All valves are disassembled, cleaned and inspected, rebuilt if necessary. • Firmware is upgraded to support Workstation Provided. Pumping System: • Pumps have been disassembled and inspected for proper operation. • Wash seals, pump seals have been replaced. • Plungers are inspected and replaced as needed. • New inline filter is replaced. Inlet and outlet check valves are replaced or rebuilt. • Proportioning valves inspected for proper distribution and Replaced if necessary (Multiple solvent Only). • Transducers have been calibrated. • High pressure leak tests performed and passed. Injector, Sampler: • Injector assembly is disassembled and cleaned. • Needle, Injection seals, wash seals and frit are replaced. • Calibration for needle and seal alignment is performed. • Heater/Chiller (Option) is cleaned and inspected and passed min/max temp test • New syringe installed and tested. Detectors • Clean, rebuild Flow Cells or replace if needed. • Clean and inspect all electronics. • Perform required calibration if necessary. Performance: HPLC grade solvents are used at all times. Machine is run using an industry 4 peak standard to check for proper performance. Column Compartment: Column oven is cleaned and inspected for proper operation. Temperature test is performed. Optional valves installed are rebuilt and tested for proper performance.
